How long can the chocolates be stored?
Look at the ‘best before’ date indicated on the label on the back of the box. We can guarantee you the best flavor and aroma within the first two weeks after production.
Under what conditions should the chocolates be stored?
The chocolates should be stored at a temperature between 14° and 20°C (57.2℉ – 68℉), in a dry place and no direct sunshine.
They should not be stored in a fridge or a freezer. Otherwise the quality of their flavor and aroma will be spoiled. If, however, you have to store the chocolates in a fridge, you’d better put them in a separate tightly closed box for food stuff. Before consumption, take the chocolates out of the fridge and leave them for a few hours at room temperature. The perfect room temperature for consumption is between 18° and 20° C (64.4℉ – 69.8℉).
Are the chocolates suitable for diabetics?
Our chocolates have low sugar content; however, they are not suitable for diabetics and sugar-free diets.
Do your products contain gluten?
No, our products are gluten-free.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No, our products do not contain preservatives.
Can I select after my own taste the kind and the number of the chocolates to be contained in one box?
For the time being it is not possible. The contents of one box may include 2 chocolates of each kind and flavour we offer – that is 20 pieces in a blister. Depending on the size of the box, two or flour blisters can be held in one box.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa Credit Card, Master Card), bank transfer and Pay Pal.
Which countries do you deliver your chocolates to?
We deliver to nearly all countries in the world by DHL Express.
Can you indicate the hour of delivery on the parcel?
After a pre-arrangement and against some extra payment, we can offer delivery by midday or by 9.p.m. without commitment to an exact hour. This option applies only to some countries in the world.
What happens if the recipient is not at the address at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, DHL will make a second delivery on the next workday. If there is still nobody at the address on that day, DHL will leave a notice on the door with the number of the parcel and a telephone number of the nearest DHL office for further arrangement of the delivery.
Do you make deliveries on holidays and days off?
Deliveries are made only on workdays, i.e. excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery of a parcel to an indicated address is 20 Euros all over the world, regardless of the number of the articles purchased.
How can I follow the order?
After accepting your order, we shall e-mail you the number of the parcel/shipment in order to be able to follow its location with DHL at any time. In addition, we shall notify you by e-mail of each step from the entry of your order to its receipt.
Can you guarantee an excellent quality and appearance of the chocolates delivered?
Regardless of the point in the world we have to reach in order to deliver the chocolates ordered by you, we guarantee that they will arrive in a perfect state irrespective of the climate and the weather in the country they have to be delivered to. If necessary, we shall use additional packing with coolers for maintaining a constant temperature between 14° and 20°C (57.2℉ – 68℉) regardless of the external temperature. This packing is free of charge.
What do you do if in spite of the measures taken, the quality of the chocolates has visibly worsened?
If upon delivery the quality of the chocolates has visibly deteriorated, we shall make a second delivery at our expense or we shall reimburse you for the amount paid.

Can an order placed be cancelled?
It is possible only if the order hasn’t been filled and sent to a courier. You have to immediately contact our Customer Service team on +359888385555 or at e-mail email@example.com stating the number of your order.
How shall I understand that my order has been shipped?
We shall also e-mail you the number of your order with DHL. You can be sure that we shall keep you posted of every stage of the completion of your order.
Can I send an anonymous gift?
There is a ‘send anonymously’ option included upon placing an order. If you mark this option, we shall send the products selected by you without revealing any data about the order-sender.
Which address shall I indicate upon placing an order if I wish that the parcel be delivered to an address different than mine?
In the box for entering an address there is an additional option: other address (delivery address); mark this option and fill in the address you wish to have the selected product delivered to.
What currency should the payment be in?
The payment has to be made in Euro as the Company that has issued your credit card determines the fixing of the day. Due to daily fluctuations in the exchange rates or owing to terms imposed by your bank, an insignificant difference may occur between your credit card statement and the amount indicated on our website.
