A shell of black or milk chocolate filled with ganache of softly melting caramel, finely ground and freshly roasted hazelnuts, a striking combination of red wine and cinnamon, morello cherry cream and black pepper, a fresh aroma of orange or lime. Kinds of chocolates contained in the box: White Opal (tiramisu), Tourmaline (morello cherry with black pepper), Jade (lime), Moonstone (Baileys chocolate), Yellow Aventurine (hazelnut), Antique Ruby ( wine with cinnamon), Amber (caramel), Emerald (milk chocolate and basil) and two kind of truffles- Dark Pearl and Orange Sapphire.
A shell of black chocolate: black chocolate containing 54% high-quality cocoa from Ivory Coast, sugar, vanilla.
A shell of milk chocolate: milk chocolate containing 32% high-quality cocoa from Ivory Coast, sugar, vanilla.
Ganache: cocoa from Ivory Coast, sugar, milk, cream cocoa butter, hazelnuts, condiments, fruit extracts, liqueurs.
